Shipping and Returns Policy
Damaged Items: we continuously strive to improve our shopping experience. If the item is damaged upon arrival, we will accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Each case is unique and we want our customers to be satisfied with their candle(s). Usually, once your package leaves our candle studio, any damage claims should be filed with USPS for reimbursement. Please email us (sales@firstburncandleco.com) along with pictures of your damaged item and we will try our best to fix it!
Returns: Returns/exchanges are not accepted to ensure quality control of our inventory. If there is an error (mailed wrong items or missing items), we will gladly ship the correct/missing items. Please contact us if you have further questions or concerns!
Current Lead Time: please allow 3-5 days for shipping.
Summer Shipping Schedule: to avoid any candle wax to melt in the summer heat, we will only ship between Monday-Wednesday. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
